The objectives of our project were the study of drugs used in the treatment of coronavirus infection, the study of drug combinations used with dexamethasone in the treatment of Covid-19 .
We studied the interactions of dexamethasone with other drugs and amino acids by applying specialized softwares HyperChem 8.0 and Avogadro 1.2. As the volume is higher in the case of the Dexamethasone-Homocysteine-Zinc complex than in the case of Dexamethasone-Cysteine-Zinc, this complex is more difficult to penetrate at the cellular level.
Analysing the differences between the treatments applied to women and those applied to men and through statistical calculations, we found that they are not significant.
Also, the spike protein that grafts the virus was studied was practically analysed.
